Colin Brix from GIGABYTE Taiwan`s technical marketing team took us through their latest gaming series of motherboards called the G1 Killer Series. Based on the INTEL X58 Chipset and socket LGA1366, these boards will debut as a trio of boards featuring a new Gaming Green motif, a special heatsink and have two things that gamers have been looking for: low latency networking and excellent audio quality. These two things are provided by Creative`s X-Fi and Killer Networks.
Three boards will kick off the series starting with the top end X58 based G1. Assassin and then trickling down to the G1. Sniper and G1. Guerrilla. Expect to see them later this year.
