Audio is one of the most under appreciated aspects of your PC gaming experience. It is usually the last piece added to a gaming PC wishlist, and often the first to be cut for budgetary reasons. Well, BitFenix’s new Flo series may be the answer, allowing you to spend that money on a quality gaming headset, without breaking the bank.
BitFenix’s new Flo headset is a dual purpose peripheral that allows you to use them as both your gaming headset and as a portable set for your media player or smartphone. The Flo comes with two detachable audio cable sets, detachable mic, and an ultra lightweight design for easy transport. The Flo also sports a set of 40 mm neodymium drivers and a closed back design to isolate external noise, and ensure you aren’t disturbing your neighbours. About the only thing it does not have is support for your game console which products like the Plantronics Rig seem to address. But aren’t quite as compact as this product.
BitFenix also includes signature design features including a SofFeel finish on the ear cups and SofTouch surface treatment on the in-line remote. Similar to the finish of their cases.
